Alfonso Gonzalez’s journey from his birthplace in Chicago, Illinois, to his current role as a respected attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, reflects a narrative deeply rooted in his Mexican heritage. Having relocated to Atlanta during his teenage years, Alfonso completed high school in Gwinnett County and furthered his education at the University of Georgia.
Originally a probation officer in Gwinnett County, Alfonso’s desire to make a more profound impact on people’s lives led him to pursue a legal career. He attended law school at Ohio Northern University’s Pettit College of Law, where his commitment to justice and community service flourished as a proud member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. During this transformative period, Alfonso interned at various organizations, including the South Texas Civil Rights Project, where he assisted low-income families with immigration matters.
Now licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia, Alfonso has cultivated a diverse practice that encompasses Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury. His extensive life experiences and educational background uniquely position him to deliver exceptional legal services to the community that welcomed him when he first arrived in Georgia.
In collaboration with his law partner, Jennifer, Alfonso co-founded Gonzalez Torres, a legal firm dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of services tailored to serve their community. Through their collective expertise and commitment to justice, they aim to make a lasting impact on the lives of those they represent.

Jennifer, a native of Atlanta with a captivating blend of Colombian and Dominican heritage, found her roots in Gwinnett County, where she continues to reside. Collaborating seamlessly with Alfonso Gonzalez, she expertly navigates all facets of litigation, showcasing her prowess in the legal arena.
Beyond her role in litigation, Jennifer assumes a pivotal position in firm management, orchestrating training initiatives and implementing innovative policies and procedures. Her commitment to enhancing the client and staff experience reflects a dedication to true transparency in every aspect of the legal process. Together with Partner Alfonso Gonzalez, Jennifer strategically prepares clients for trial, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive approach.
With an impressive 17 years of legal experience, the majority of which has been devoted to personal injury cases, Jennifer has played an integral role in numerous jury trials and cases resulting in settlements and verdicts exceeding 7 figures.
Jennifer’s academic journey led her to a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Kennesaw State University, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
Outside the courtroom, Jennifer finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, son, and two cherished dogs, enriching her life beyond the legal realm.

Angel’s journey began in Puerto Rico and continued in Lowell, Massachusetts, where he spent his formative years. Following high school, he embarked on a new chapter in Georgia, concurrently pursuing higher education and serving in the United States Army.
A seasoned army veteran with over a decade of dedicated service, Angel’s military tenure included impactful deployments to Iraq and Kuwait during Project Iraqi Freedom. Amidst his military commitments, he successfully earned his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University.
Beyond his military achievements, Angel has cultivated a remarkable professional trajectory, boasting a proven record of facilitating settlements totaling millions of dollars. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he possesses profound expertise in personal injury cases and a heartfelt commitment to guiding individuals through challenging circumstances.
Currently residing in Duluth with his wife, son and two beloved dogs, Angel continues to channel his passion for helping people, both in his professional endeavors and personal life.
